The Public Dance Has Started: Hispanic Cultural Center Subcommittee (HCCS) Update

The El Paso Hispanic Cultural Center Subcommittee (HCCS) met today.  All HCCS meetings are open to the public. You do not have to be a member of the HCCS to attend and offer comments.  The HCCS meeting is subject to the Open Meetings Act and will be streamed live.  Public comments are allowed at the beginning of the meetings. You must sign up to address the committee before the meeting.

The Hispanic Cultural Center Subcommittee will ultimately consist of nineteen members. It will also include one member of the Bond Oversight Advisory Committee (BOAC), selected by the BOAC. The other eighteen members of the subcommittee will be composed of two members nominated by each district representative and the mayor.
